The Food You Eat Can Be Killing You Or Not

Food is any material consumed by an organism to give it nutrition. Generally food is of animal, plant or fungi origin, and consists of necessary nutrients, including proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, and minerals. The composition of food is a balance of nutrients, which varies in plants and in animals and may be complete or not depending on the environment and species. The nutritional value of the food determines the body’s ability to grow and develop normally. Foods are grouped into several groups depending on their various constituents, and their intended use. Foods which are consumed in large quantities daily or year round are called super foods, while those eaten only once or twice a month are known as super foods.
